Pigogo
Pigogo is a cashback platform that rewards users for their everyday purchases. I led the creative direction and designed the complete brand identity along with the UI for the web experience. The goal was to make a friendly, modern, and intuitive platform that builds trust, encourages engagement, and supports business growth through clean and structured design.

The Challenge
Pigogo needed a digital experience that balanced friendliness with function. The goal was to design a brand identity and website that would feel approachable, trustworthy, and modern — encouraging users to engage, register, and return. The biggest challenge was to create a design system that could easily communicate value without feeling like a hard sell, and to do so in a way that stood out in a crowded ecommerce space.
The Research
I started by analyzing the behavioral patterns of users interacting with similar cashback and loyalty platforms. I looked for what made users stay, trust, and convert. With those insights, I built a flexible design system in Figma — clean, structured, and human-centered. I also created a visual identity from scratch: a fresh logo, color system, and typography palette that would scale across devices. The entire experience was designed to feel intuitive, lightweight, and honest.

The Solution
The result is a focused, conversion-friendly website that delivers clarity from the first click. The visual design is simple yet engaging, with strong calls to action, a relaxed tone, and carefully designed UI elements that build trust without overwhelming. The brand identity supports long-term growth while remaining user-first — an experience designed to work as beautifully as it looks.
