I shaped the product experience end-to-end, collaborated with the founders, engineers, and marketing, and introduced scalable design processes. The Challenge
Led design strategy and system creation for Finloup during its pivot from “Buy Now, Pay Later” to a device leasing model.
The Research
Support a full product transformation with refreshed UX, a new product strategy, and design systems that adapt to a startup in active transition. The challenge was aligning a shifting vision with user-centered execution.
The Solution
Built the product’s new structure and UI from the ground up using scalable Figma components, introduced a design system, and mentored the team through design ops and growth.
